Very pleasant, clean and comfortable accommodation. Quiet atmosphere. Great plus: communication with the owners. Perfect breakfast. Overall, we were very satisfied. From our side, we found no shortcomings. The lodging met our expectations.

The staff are hardworking, service‑mindful and cute. Sherifa speaks good English. Six minutes on foot from the old city. Water problem.

The lady running the guesthouse first moved us to another nearby hotel, then was very present and kind. The breakfast is excellent, a spectacle. The center is a short walk away and no taxis are needed. Great accommodation. Some minor problems were quickly resolved by the lady.

Breakfasts were always different and very good. The price is perfect, and the hosts’ hospitality is great. The lady is truly very kind! The room was large, bright, and the bathroom very good. Not far on foot from Bukhara’s historic center. We had booked the Old Palace, but someone came to pick us up at arrival to take us to Afsona. The room didn’t match the photos exactly – but it was better than the one we had booked.

The Old Palace guest house was out of service due to a power outage, so the staff arranged accommodation in another nearby guest house at the same price. Because of that, I can’t comment on the Old Palace. The new guest house was nice, with a hot shower, air‑conditioning, and breakfast included. The owners were very courteous. I would have preferred to pay by card for convenience, but otherwise nothing to say.
