“It was OK”
The place was well‑located, but the room carried a faint moldy odor.

Everything was spotless, and there were no complaints at all.

Friendly staff were a highlight, but there simply weren't enough people to meet guest needs. Nobody came to clean our room while we were there, so we had to ask the front desk for everything and even empty our own trash. Breakfast suffered too, with fruit not being restocked and other items missing.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, yet the room was suffused with a horrible bleach smell. The bed was extremely noisy and creaked terribly, and the pool was dirty. Comfort was lacking, making the overall value feel disappointing for the money spent.

Great location! Unfortunately, the elevator was broken and our rooms ended up on the 3rd and 4th floors. We also couldn't receive a discounted rate even though we booked through a third party.
