Water isn’t always hot, the blinds/curtains are inadequate, the duvet zipper is broken, the TV keeps freezing, Wi‑Fi reception is very poor, and there are spider webs around broken spiders on the wall.

We spent a day at the bath house and didn’t waste any time; we could check in early without trouble. The man I first called and then met at check‑in was very friendly. We had the family room, which was large, clean, and comfortably furnished. The location is really good, just a few minutes’ walk to the pedestrian zone, the Kurpark, and the bath house. The mattresses were bad; they were rock‑hard, and with three of us, none of us slept well. New mattresses are needed.

In midsummer under the roof with only a fan would be difficult. You check in at the restaurant, where orders, calls, and everything else happen, and everything gets shuffled in between.

The reception was fairly friendly and parking on the premises was free, but that was about it. The description promised more than it ever delivers and is completely overpriced. The shower curtain was moldy, the mixing tap was broken, and the walls were dirty and spotted. The restaurant, however, looked good. I sincerely hope the kitchen behind it isn't as grimy as the rooms.

Nothing good; it was a disaster and I had to leave! I had called before booking to ask for a lockable bike rack, but none was available upon arrival. Room 1 was offered to me, but it was severely moldy and the balcony door wouldn't open. Room 2 had mold everywhere at first glance. The balcony was totally unkempt and unfriendly, a shared balcony with other guests—so lock the balcony door at night! Besides the guests, if anyone else were there, the house is a mess at night. The back courtyard door, which leads to your room, also cannot be locked. The house is completely open at night—only the rooms are closed! There is no reception, only check‑in at the restaurant. Finally, I found short dark hairs and still blonde hairs in my bed. I've never felt so nauseated, and this strange room rental has nothing to do with a hotel!
