The room was absolutely lovely, and the window often framed various birds and other wildlife. The shared large balcony was a great spot for coffee, and we could swim in the pool at the neighboring hotel even though we weren't a guest there. On the upper floor a kettle and fridge would have made everything perfect.

I got excellent value for money here. The property is stunning, with spacious modern rooms and high ceilings, and the AC worked well while providing hot water. The price-to-room ratio was among the best we’ve experienced in Sri Lanka, and it felt like a nice hotel room! The beach is just 10 minutes away, and family‑run restaurants are nearby.

This guesthouse, surrounded by trees and birds, is wonderfully located at the back of a small cul‑de‑sac near Silent Beach and Goyamboka Beach. You can cook if you wish (dishware, cutlery, fridge available). The rooms are very comfortable and truly spacious, with AC and hot water. For the price, it’s an excellent address.

The house and balcony are beautiful, and the rooms are new and nice. It’s well placed to visit both nearby beaches and many restaurants. The welcome felt strange and impersonal; the host only showed us the room and nothing else. We never understood what we could use or not (kitchen, fridge, water.). The comments about breakfast and the pool actually refer to the hotel on the other side of the road.

The family’s smiles and kindness, the large clean single room, and the equal distance to Goyambokka Beach and Silent Beach—10 minutes on foot—made it perfect. Several nearby restaurants, a beautiful and pleasant pool, and an excellent breakfast! The price‑quality ratio is fantastic. Bohama istouti.
