I think this spot in Chennai is great and super convenient.

Nothing—location on maps and in reality doesn’t match, making it difficult to find. The water bottle charger also and the AC is not working properly; the reception staff are rude.

The staff called off the reservation without asking me first and were incredibly rude, never listening and just saying what they wanted before hanging up the phone.

Near to Railway station. There were some power disruption mid night one day and mutiple time need to call reception to fix it
