I had a very pleasant stay for one night at the M&O property and was completely satisfied. The room was very clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished with high‑quality, freshly renovated furnishings. Hot water was reliably available and the surroundings were quiet. The reception was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and my requests were handled very courteously. Transport is straightforward: Bus line 245 stops right outside the door, and early mornings or late evenings there are good alternatives just a few minutes’ walk away on bus line 145. With bus and S‑bahn you can reach Hamburg city centre without trouble. An ALDI is directly opposite. If you want a calm, well‑maintained place with excellent service after a lively day in Hamburg and don’t necessarily need to stay right in the centre, this is the perfect spot. I felt very comfortable and wholeheartedly recommend the property.

Easy to reach, on the ground floor; I still haven’t received an invoice even though it was charged—quite cheeky.

We’ve stayed here twice; this time we got a small room with a 140 cm wide double bed, which wasn’t very comfortable for us, but otherwise no complaints.
