Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was hampered by a lack of internet connectivity. Despite this, the hotel had some redeeming qualities, but unfortunately, this was not enough to make up for the inconvenience.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, the hotel didn't quite meet my expectations. The shuttle service was not available, which was clearly advertised on their website, and when I brought it to their attention, they didn't offer any explanation. To make matters worse, there were no hairdryers in the rooms or at the reception.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the plus side, the location was good, but that's where the positives ended. I was disappointed by the lack of communication about airport transfers, which left me waiting 30 minutes. The owner/manager didn't speak English and seemed grumpy, and the lack of an elevator was a hassle. To top it off, I saw dirty linens and trash on the floors leading up to my room on the fourth floor.

I had a great experience at this hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, a quiet neighborhood, and a clean room. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay, and everything was fine. The hotel's strengths made for a pleasant stay, and I appreciated the kindness of the staff.
