Food was great, the room was comfortable, and the staff were very kind, though most of the hotel’s amenities were closed, probably for maintenance.

The breakfast was excellent and the room was cozy, but everything was under maintenance, so I couldn't use any of the facilities.

The room itself was great, but when I tried to check in the staff couldn’t locate the booking name from the reservation, so I ended up waiting at least 30 minutes while Clark sorted it out.

This hotel has a lot to offer, but its shortcomings overshadow its pleasant amenities. The bathrooms are a highlight, while the staff's English skills are a welcome bonus. However, the bed and pillows are a letdown, and the hotel's services, including internet, are subpar.
