The place was quiet and calm, the rooms were great, and the first room I stayed in had a well‑designed air‑conditioning system that was quiet and didn’t blow directly over the bed. It was truly beachfront and the pool was fantastic. The restaurant could improve its service – the waiters were friendly but often didn’t manage orders properly, sometimes mixing them up or charging for items we didn’t order. The food itself could also be better; it’s not a place you’d want to dine at every day.

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, exceptionally clean with a lovely bathroom. The location was great, the pool lovely, and the beach nice. We enjoyed a great sea view overlooking the pool. The owners were very helpful and friendly. It was hard to walk in front of the pool loungers; a larger area would have been better. Beach sun loungers were uncomfortable, and swapping them for flat ones would make a big difference.

Great bed and fabulous shower. The pool was nice but was usually pretty busy with children and the sea was so close and lovely to swim in. Charming though the waiting staff were they seemed to be in the early days of training. The kitchen closed at 6.30 which was a bit early for sunset. The rather strange order process for breakfast. It required filling in slips and pre-ordering the evening before. Service stopped at 10am. There were signs everywhere in the room telling guests what they should do and couldn't do. Not very relaxing. When we booked the resort went to some lengths to ensure we understood that young children were not allowed but there were a fair number of small children running around and in the pool. If you're there with a package holiday it's probably fine but it was very expensive for independent travellers and not really worth it
