I got free water, fabric slippers, and a balcony, but there was no outlet at the desk and the chair was too low, plus no light switch by the bed.

The hotel faces the main road and is close to the expressway, making it easy to locate. The free parking is a bonus, and the nearby gas station is convenient. Staff were friendly and explained the premises. Breakfast tasted good. The room was fairly spacious and practical, and walking to the old town is doable, though a bit of a trek. The only downside is that the stairs from the entrance to reception are the only option, which would be tough for someone with mobility issues. The heating in the room didn’t work even after attempting to adjust it, so it stayed cold.

The staff were very accommodating, answering questions quickly and with a customer‑first attitude—thanks for that. We asked for a delivery bed and they handled it without hesitation. What I missed was the note that the room key also opens the front door at night.

It was perfect for my short stay. The staff were very pleasant, the restaurant is on the ground floor, and there are free parking spots.

At reception, she didn’t understand German and we had to speak English. The TV wasn’t working, and the wallpaper could use a refresh.
