The cleanliness of this place is seriously impressive - every surface is spotless, and the rooms are neat and tidy.
The staff here are genuinely exceptional - friendly, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand.
Breakfast was a highlight of our stay - the food was excellent and the service was top-notch.
The location is absolutely ideal, but I was a bit taken aback by the price.

Breakfast was solid and the whole process ran smoothly; the staff greeted us warmly and let us check in early. The room was spotless and in a great spot. The pool, however, sat at the back of the hotel, was shady, dirty, and mostly cold, so we couldn't enjoy it even though it was summer.

The coffee was good, but there was no free water.

Everything was peaceful and clean, and there were no negatives.
Location. I was ripped off out of $700 during my 1 night stay (booked 4 nights). My room's carpet was damp and smelled of pet urine. Front desk refused to give me another room, forcing me to book elsewhere and did not refund the remainder of my stay, nor provided any kind of credit. I was also not refunded for 3 days of parking that I paid in advance. To top this off the sheets were dirty and had hair on them from the previous guests. I am horrified and livid still about what they did, as I had saved up for month to give my little boy a that vacation and all was cut short due to the location's obliviousness and greed
