There was no fridge, no hair‑dryer and no towels in the room, and we found bugs while the bedding was dirty. I checked out after being promised a refund, but later they changed their mind and said they couldn’t return the money.

However, there was no refrigerator or hangers, the TV remote was unusable (so I couldn’t watch anything), and I had to ask the front desk for towels and replacements.
