The room has a small balcony and is within walking distance of Liberation Square, but the bed lacks any surrounding privacy.

The hostel was right in downtown, so lots of food options nearby. It has a nice view. The bed is very hard and there is no sound isolation at all. You can hear everyone talking and the elevator going at night (which is very loud). The elevator is also falling apart and not always working, while the hostel is on the 9th floor

Location and cleanliness are good, but there's no lift and you have to walk up to the 9th floor.
