The toilet wouldn’t flush, the room was covered in pesticides, and I saw bed bugs along the bed; I demanded a refund, walked in, and left immediately.

The room was dirty, noisy, and there was no staff on duty.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly, but the property felt dated and worn; there were broken cars in the parking lot, and a smoke alarm in the hallway went off between 4‑6 am one night.

The staff went above and beyond when I had a house fire and lost everything.
