The place is very well positioned for exploring Mirissa and moving around the nearby islands, with restaurants and the beach close by. The room on the ground floor had a noticeable damp smell, but the host swapped us for a room on the upper floor without any hassle.

Everything was spot on: perfect location, warm welcome, roomy and comfy rooms, and the owner was very attentive. It would have been nice if breakfast were available on site.
