The cottage was spotless, with every appliance, dish and utensil looking brand‑new, the bathroom tiles and fittings polished, and the floors gleaming. The bedding and towels smelled fresh, the furniture was well‑kept, the TV worked fine with basic channels and allowed us to log into our own accounts, and the Wi‑Fi was reliable. The terrace was lovely, nicely screened from neighboring cottages, and the huge covered grill area with tables and a sink felt like a high‑rise wall. There was a fire‑pit area with wood supplied on request, complete with logs and kindling. The complex offered playgrounds, including a beautiful large wooden playhouse, and the pool water was regularly checked for cleanliness, with night covers, loungers, umbrellas, a fenced area and a shallow kids’ pool with toys in every sandbox. The grounds featured beautiful trees, including apple trees, and the site ended at a forest perfect for walks— we even saw a small deer. Just beyond the woods, a minute away, the wide Danube River stretched out. The location was fantastic, near a pharmacy, clinic, sports fields, a Biedronka, an ABC, a delicatessen centre, restaurants, and bus stops (served by Szwagropol). Nearby attractions included the Castle Tower, Military Park (3 min by car), and the dam (3 min by car). It was quiet, peaceful, and the owners were very helpful, providing plenty of information about the area. We highly recommend it.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it’s a great spot for both adults and kids. The pool is crystal clear, fenced, warm water, and there’s plenty of greenery. The entire area is fenced, which is a plus for children. I think we’ll visit again; a week here feels too short. Thanks and best regards from cabin no. 9.
