“Não tem serviço de hotelaria. Não deveria estar aqui no booking”
I liked the view and the chalets themselves are good; the place is very beautiful, well maintained, and the surrounding nature really catches the eye—this was exactly what prompted me to book via Booking. Before staying, I texted on WhatsApp to confirm whether the place also operated as a hotel, since it presents itself as a clinic/spa. I was told that although it is a spa and clinic, they also offer hotel services, so I kept the reservation. Unfortunately, our experience did not match that expectation. In practice, there was only a bedroom and a bathroom, with no usual hotel amenities. The mini‑fridge was empty, there was no guest support infrastructure, and breakfast ran on the clinic’s schedule (7 am to 8 am), which makes little sense for someone staying to rest. A hotel would normally offer a more flexible breakfast time. We ended up leaving on Saturday even though the reservation was paid, because we realized the offering was far more clinic‑oriented than lodging. If the establishment wants to market daily rates as a hotel on Booking, it should provide a more fitting experience: a stocked mini‑fridge (or at least available for use), breakfast at a time suitable for guests, and basic hotel services. Those details would make a big difference and avoid frustrations like ours.
