Don’t stay here; they overcharge and hold you hostage to get more money. What they advertise isn’t what you actually receive.

The hotel’s proximity to the train and the Ferrari museum was a plus, but I couldn’t check in until 6:30 because no one was at the front desk and the doors were locked, so I couldn’t leave my luggage.

Non abbiamo soggiornato, visto la pessima accoglienza ricevuta. Siamo arrivati all'hotel circa alle 14.00.non c'era nessuno, l' hotel era aperto. Abbiamo telefonato,la titolare ha detto che prima delle 18.30 non ci avrebbe fatto il check in. Avevamo l'inaugurazione della Fiera di Modena alle 18.00. Abbiamo preferito andare all'Hotel Le ville pur perdendo tutto quello che avevamo già pagato. Persona maleducata che invece di comprendere i problemi del cliente , ha risposto che stava mangiando e ci ha buttato il telefono in faccia quando gli abbiamo detto che alla. Reception c'èra scritto che il check in era alle 14.00. Buttare via i soldi
