No breakfast was offered. The spot is close to the travel destination in Lazise, and the neighboring pizzeria is excellent with large, tasty pizzas. The traffic noise from the nearby flyover next to the building was annoying.

The property excels in cleanliness, hospitality, and parking. I didn’t like that the air‑conditioner was outside the room, in the hallway. The cool air was fine, but if another guest had been in the room across from mine, the privacy and security would have been very low because the door had to stay open for the air‑conditioner.

A great starting point for exploring the east shore of Lake Garda, Val Lagarina, and Valpolicella; cyclists can safely store their bikes inside the property.
