The place was clean and tidy, the staff were very pleasant, and overall it was a good experience.

The shower bathroom wasn’t clean, the water flow in the shower was poor, and breakfast was only toast or cereal.

The bed was good and comfortable, and the toilet/shower room was clean. The family room was upstairs, and with two crutches after a knee replacement it wasn’t the easiest to reach—maybe put some family rooms on the ground floor.
