The place is great because of its location, but the stairs are a problem.

I’m speechless about the service we received; if you have the chance to choose this hotel, don’t miss it. The facilities are nice, the breakfast is worth having included and is very tasty, but the attention from Englantina, Olivia, and Englantina’s sister (the owners) was undeniably unmatched during our stay, making us feel safe, warm, and fully supported. Besides the amazing location that lets you walk everywhere, save on transport, and explore without wasting time, thank you for this wonderful stay; I celebrated an amazing birthday.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was brilliant, but the stairs were very dangerous.

The reception team was consistently polite and helpful during both day and night shifts. However, the building feels dated and would benefit from modernization. The lack of an elevator is a major drawback, and the interior spaces are quite small: rooms and bathrooms offer very limited room to move around for two people. Additionally, the bathroom lacks hooks or supports for hanging towels, and the bed comes with a traditional wool blanket instead of a duvet. From a sound perspective, the second‑floor rooms overlooking the street are very noisy because of nighttime traffic, shouting, and garbage collection vehicles early in the morning. The breakfast was also limited in choice and quantity. Even considering the Paris destination, the price paid seems disproportionate to the quality and services offered. The hotel sits in a fantastic spot in the city center, and the staff are amazing, helpful, and pleasant. The building is older, so there are visible signs of wear, yet the staff cover all the negatives.
