Convenient location with parking, metro, and close to many tourist spots, but I couldn’t make full use of everything the hotel offered.

The rooms were spotless and the staff were friendly, and the dining area was nice, but the windows in the rooms could be better.

The location was good, staff friendly, and the downstairs coffee shop was great; the train station is below the hotel, and there are plenty of public parking spaces under the building for larger vehicles, though they’re a bit pricey. The room lighting was poor, the shower was above the bathtub, and the bed and fresh towels weren’t changed daily even though we left a request on the door, but that’s not a deal‑breaker.
