“Très bon séjour, personnel très accueillant, bonne situation géographique”

The staff (Renato and Adriana) were very welcoming. Thanks to them! Breakfast was sufficient, no need for more. Every day we received a small treat (cakes, fruit, drinks…) waiting in our room, a nice surprise. Ideally located in front of a metro station that takes you to the city centre. Only one room has windows (we were lucky to get the one with a window). The bathroom noises from the room next door are loud, especially during showers.

“Bem localizado”

The breakfast was simple yet quite satisfying, with bread, cheese, ham and fruit. The room is small, which you can see from the photos, but for a quick stay it was very convenient. The location was ideal for what I needed to do in Lisbon, and if I have to return for business in that area I’ll definitely stay here again. The bed sinks a bit, making sleep a little uncomfortable, but otherwise everything went smoothly.

Close to the centre, polite service, clean room. The room was dark, giving the impression of a basement stay. A tiny window let in no light, and the bathroom was very small with a toilet that had sliding doors, offering no privacy at all. The fridge in the room buzzed and kept me from sleeping. Right by the window, the air‑conditioning unit screamed constantly. The multisplit unit served several rooms. The biggest problem was the non‑working air conditioner in my room; despite assurances from staff that they would fix it, they couldn’t. They put a fan in the room instead—a failure. The room was 30 °C, with a loud unit and fridge. After three days, moisture accumulated in the room. I didn’t sleep well for three nights. I know 1400 zł for three nights isn’t insane, but the lack of sleep ruined me. I won’t use this place again.

“A nice B&B in a convenient location”

The building sits conveniently across from Parque Metro station. Even though our room faced the street, street noise was minimal thanks to the shutters. A continental breakfast was offered, with scrambled or fried eggs. Cookies, tea, and coffee were available around the clock, and most afternoons there was a homemade cake. The staff were great—friendly and helpful. When Emanuel heard we had to leave early, he made us sandwiches and left them in our fridge the night before; it was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. We also enjoyed a treat on our bed each evening—from cookies to Port! It made our stay feel especially warm and made us want to stay longer. The bed was not particularly comfortable, but the warmth and care Emanuel put into our stay made that a relatively minor issue. Everything was neat and tidy, with just enough room for two people. The air conditioner stopped working twice because other guests misused theirs; this was fixed right away. The staff explained how to use the units properly, so if you follow their instructions, you won’t have any issues. This is more of a note to anyone staying here, not a complaint of the property.

The staff were exceptional, and the location was great with the metro right across the street. The room’s air conditioner didn’t work consistently, though.
