The staff were polite and helpful, but the room cleanliness was poor and they should definitely implement pest control because we found large cockroaches; the hotel is situated in a very crowded and dirty lane.

Sir I have been doing regular mail to regarding my refund of amount 7261 paid because I didn't use the property at all because bathroom was very bad and smell also coming from it so on the day of checking only I went way and mailed you regarding my refund because I didn't like the property at all.i sm regularly using this is first time happened with me but sad no response till now.i paid without staying even for 5 minutes ask the hotel authorities i told them to refund but they said you have to contact booking com only but I am not getting any response from your side despite of 10 mails till now. please refund my amount. Bathroom bad smell

The only thing that worked was the bed; the bathroom was very poor.
