The accommodation was amazing and the service fantastic, with pickups and everything already arranged for us. The tours were great, and the staff were wonderful. Communication could have been much clearer once we arrived. The staff were lovely, but the guide didn’t communicate the logistics clearly. They try to do it one‑on‑one, speaking to each group individually after arrival, but for us that meant one group dominated the planning and we didn’t get clear info on the tour plans, including what was included in our original price. A bit more focus on clear communication would help a lot.

A nice lodge right in the jungle. We spotted an orangutan eating from the durian trees on the property! Cleaning was excellent given the location. The staff were great: we left something behind at the lodge and they arranged to take it to our hotel. The package includes lunch, dinner, breakfast, and a sunset cruise. Extra activities like a morning cruise or night walk can be arranged at the lodge. The bathroom could be improved. The guide wasn’t very knowledgeable; every animal we saw was thanks to the captain.

Location in the rainforest. Friendly staff, great experience. The boat ride on the river was fantastic. Nothing.
