I didn’t like anything; there’s nothing that offers comfort for anyone, it’s horrible. There’s nothing to like, a lodge whose reception doesn’t even greet guests, a total disappointment, I regretted arriving and wanted to leave immediately; I don’t recommend anyone go there, it’s terrible.

I couldn’t stay because the room lacked a minibar, a TV, and the breakfast that was advertised. I demand an immediate refund of the credits on my card for reservation 6199247237, PIN 9816; my name is Marlene de Jesus Aguiar do Rio de Janeiro. I’m extremely disappointed!

The local area in Iguaba is very pretty. The lodge’s television was an old tube model that didn’t work, the fridge was old but at least functional, there was no breakfast or lunch because the restaurant was closed, the reception at the entrance was broken and there was no staff; we had to hunt for a responsible person. We ended up eating on the street, almost left home, and if possible I’d want my money back because the lodge was not worth it. It wasn’t worth taking photos of the lodge’s surroundings.

I didn’t like anything. The place was awful; the photos on the site are from the past and don’t match the current state of the lodge. The reception area is abandoned, as is the entire lodge. Where the reception used to be, there’s now a storage of dirty bottles, a dirty pool, rooms with dirty, dusty bedding, non‑working lights, and showers that only deliver cold water. The lodge is completely abandoned. We had to call the host, who only stays in her room, and we had to call for assistance. There are no staff at all. I couldn’t stay there with my wife. I stayed 20 minutes and left immediately, booking another lodge instead. I expect Booking to refund the money I spent because we were completely deceived, and I hope they take action. My recommendation: don’t stay there.
