The spot is spot‑on, and the studio in the old refurbished house is lovely; the AC worked flawlessly and the window insulation kept street noise out. Everything was very good.

Breakfast was at the most beautiful bar/cafe on the main road just around the corner from the property, and the bar also offers tasty gelato with outdoor seating. The host was extremely helpful with every request and went above and beyond to make my stay in Lanciano unforgettable. Modern safety locks on the entrance and bedroom doors gave me peace of mind, and because the place is so centrally located, walking around at night was very safe. I would not change anything.

The place is welcoming, situated in a quiet central area, easy to find parking, and the owner is very helpful. Unfortunately, some details were overlooked: a stained pillow, dust under the bed and on the furniture, a freezer that didn’t work even when set to maximum temperature, a tourist couldn’t use the freezer, and a door lock that didn’t function.
