The manager was friendly and the staff were helpful, but the smoking area right at the front entrance is a real health hazard for people with asthma—Best Western advertised no smoking, yet smokers were lining up and making it hard to breathe; fixing that would make the hotel truly excellent.

Nothing good to say; they charged my boyfriend’s card three times for two nights, the receptionist yelled at him, he got angry and shouted back, and they blamed a booking error while threatening to call the cops; others were double‑charged too, and no one answered our refund requests—terrible service, not recommended.
