The staff and owners were courteous and precise, and the breakfast was well-prepared and abundant. However, the property feels quite dated, and the room lacked bedside tables; instead, there were two wardrobe doors beside the bed with a bridge shelf that should have replaced the tables but was too high. The shower curtain was also very old-fashioned. I understand the price is typical for the Ligurian coast, but given the condition of the rooms, it is overpriced compared to European standards.

The room was simple but had everything needed: air conditioning, TV, and a comfortable mattress. The entire staff was very friendly, and the owner was exceptional, offering breakfast for free even though we hadn't booked it. The sweet and savory breakfast was excellent, and the room and bathroom were very clean. We will definitely return.

Great hotel with extremely friendly staff and good breakfast. The parking (10€ per day) was very convenient next to the hotel, and we could leave the car until the evening of the following day!
The owners and staff were very kind and helpful, and the location is quiet yet close to the train station, the beach, and Finalborgo, making it convenient for shops and the nearby Coop supermarket. Definitely recommended. The building needs internal maintenance, and the rooms lack a mini fridge.
