Honestly, this place is a total rip-off. The pictures online are straight-up lies - nothing about the hotel lives up to what they claim. The staff was super pushy, asking me to prove my booking with an email from the website, on top of the usual confirmation email. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here.

The room was huge and really comfy, but that's where the positives end. We arranged an airport transfer with the reception, but when we arrived, no one was there to pick us up. They claimed they had no record of our booking, and we ended up having to take a taxi. To make matters worse, check-in took ages, and they didn't offer any sort of compensation, like early check-in or breakfast. The staff seemed completely clueless, and it was pretty clear they could use some training.

The location's great, and the room was clean, but that's about it. The menu's pretty limited, and breakfast options are scarce. Quite a few guests seemed put off by the food, and the tables weren't exactly spotless. Maybe they should revamp the menu and get some new staff to sort out the dining area.
