A brand‑new spot, clean and roomy, within walking distance of 7‑11, CJ, Mini Big C, and close to Kancanaburi Train Station and JJ Night Market—overall a solid stay.

I was a bit taken aback to see no one at the property and no check‑in desk; the owner spoke English and opened the lock remotely after we called. The place is spacious, especially the huge living room. The door lock was a learning curve—we had to have someone come over to show us how to swipe the card properly, which was odd. Soundproofing was a letdown: I woke up several times to an exhaust‑less scooter outside or to a loud party next door that went on until dawn. We ran into the same three teens at noon when we checked out, looking no worse for wear. Oh, to be young again… ;-)

Everything was fine and the location works if you have a car. I wouldn’t recommend it for those without a car or backpacking; English communication was a bit tricky, and I had to call to finish check‑in.
