“Bastante bien”

Breakfast looked tasty, but we couldn’t eat it because we had to head to the airport, so they made us a sandwich for the drive and we grabbed a few items before breakfast time; they mentioned they could have kept breakfast boxed for us if we’d asked ahead. The pellet heater works well and warms the room quickly. A bit of outside light from an interior hallway window—no curtain, just frosted glass—pokes into the room; for light‑sensitive sleepers that can be annoying.

“Un oasis dentro de La Serena”

The interior architecture, full of open spaces, comfort, and greenery, plus the warm and friendly service from every staff member, made everything feel perfect. The room was beautifully designed, very cozy, and cleaned daily. The reception system worked well, and even though the hotel sits right in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was a 10/10. Nothing could be improved; everything was excellent.

The grounds at Diaguita and Spa look gorgeous, with plenty of cozy nooks for seating outdoors and a lovely breakfast and bar area. We found the breakfast to be the best we’ve had on holidays, with many healthy options and variety. The room itself was very nice and clean, featuring a spacious shower and bathroom with plenty of hot water and good pressure, and no annoying leaks. Parking was available across the street for a fee, and the hotel is very close to the central Plaza de Armas. All aspects were fine.

This boutique spot in the old town is charming, with plenty to explore on foot. The modest front door hides a true oasis inside. Shared spaces are fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable. I’d love to return.

“Fantastisches Hotel mit viel Flair in top Lage”

A beautiful boutique hotel, impeccably maintained, with a lovely courtyard full of nice seating, friendly staff, varied breakfast, and a perfect location in the historic district; parking in the adjacent parking garage is hassle‑free.
