The furniture and amenities were all there, but that's about where it ended. The customer service was slow to respond, and the fact that the windows couldn't be opened made it feel stuffy and mosquito-y. Not worth it, if you ask me.

We stayed in a quiet apartment that was a bit off the beaten path - the pictures were pretty accurate and they had bikes available, which was great. However, the communication was a bit of a struggle, and it took a while to get the bike codes sorted. Also, when we reported issues, like the flat tire, they just noted it but didn't fix it.

The location was a bit of a trek from the nightlife, but the island's walkability made it manageable - and let's be real, it was worth it for the comfy mattress! Self-check-in was a breeze, and finding the place was easy peasy. That being said, the shower's water pressure was a bit underwhelming, and the bed frame was super wobbly - we were a little worried it might give out! If you're looking for a spot close to restaurants and bars, aim for the area between the water taxis and the split.

The place was pretty quiet, which was great, and the kitchen was well-equipped with air conditioning and fans. However, the apartment could use some maintenance - the furniture was a bit worn out and sparse, the bed frame was broken, and the door lock needed fixing.

This place was clean and spacious, and they even provided bikes, which was a nice touch. That's pretty much all I have to say - it was a solid, no-frills stay.
