After a negotiation lasting over an hour, we finally got our money back at 23:30. We had booked through a site a city‑view room with a bathtub and 25 m², checked in smoothly at 21:30 and paid immediately, but were given a room barely 15 m², windowless and nothing like the description. The lady who showed us the room spoke no English, and the man we later spoke to used broken English, claiming the site’s price was too low and that a windowed room would only be possible at 2.5 times the original rate; we rejected that angrily. After another 30 minutes he agreed to refund the five‑night payment, and we were finally allowed to look for a new room around 23:45, which felt completely outrageous to me.

Right at the front desk, everything was close by and very convenient. Everything else was fine.
