There was no breakfast at the hotel. The front‑desk staff could be friendlier when handing out rooms. The check‑in time listed on Booking was 12:00, but when I arrived they said it was 14:00; however, they eventually met my requested time.

I was impressed by the calm, friendly demeanor of the staff, and the room was fairly clean with an elevator and close to the places I needed. I arrived after 12 am and still got the door opened and help. The host’s attitude was also calm, but the front‑desk lady was not friendly. When I booked, I specified 2 adults + 2 children with exact ages, yet the check‑in showed 1 single bed + 1 double bed. I asked to change to two double beds or add a sofa bed, but instead of saying “we don’t have that”, the owner asked me “where did the single bed come from, did you bring it? In our room, what else do you want? This is the cheapest price.” I was shocked. Even though the booking info was clear, at payment I was asked to pay extra because “the room is for a maximum of 3 people, but we have 4.”
The host was friendly, but they charged for drinks and didn’t offer daily free water like other hotels.
Mặt đường thuận tiện đi lại , dễ tìm. Chú lớn tuổi check in-out …. Kiểu nhà nghỉ tự phát, k chuyên môn ngành du lịch, khâu take care khách không tốt. Nói chung cô chú nên tuyển 1 nhân viên hoặc con cô chú làm sẽ đông khách hơn đấy ạ. Bản thân cháu cũng làm trong ngành dịch vụ du lịch. Nên nhiều vấn đề có nói với chú, chú cũng k chịu hiểu, đặc biệt về vấn đề đặt phòng 🥴🥴🥴
