Great location with a metro stop very close; the area is fairly quiet. The cleanliness of the rooms was nonexistent.

I want a refund because the place was noisy, the towels were dirty, and it felt unsafe. I ended up moving to another hotel because of the dirty towels and the noisy, unsafe environment.

The room was filthy, with hair and eyelashes everywhere. I was offered a full refund to leave, but I couldn’t because I had to stay in NYC that night. A different room was provided, yet it was dirty in a different way: the toilet was covered in poop, as if no one cleaned it before check‑in. Exhausted and frustrated, I stayed for the remainder of my booking because I had no alternative that night. The front desk staff were friendly and understanding, but the rooms were extremely dirty and disgusting. The second room was also hot and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. I will never stay at this hotel again, especially for the price—$520 for one night in a disgusting hotel. Never again!
