The lady who prepares the breakfasts was very kind, but the reception was terrible with vague explanations and especially the owner’s condescending tone, who couldn’t guide us effectively because he didn’t have parking information.

The overall stay was pleasant, mainly thanks to a truly gorgeous room that was clean, well‑decorated, and very comfortable. The hotel has clear charm and a nice atmosphere. However, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. It is automatically included in the price with no option to opt out, which might be acceptable if the service matched the description. Unfortunately, it did not. The breakfast was very limited, with almost no variety and very small portions, far from the photos shown online that suggested a more extensive spread. It’s a shame because with such a great room the stay could have been perfect; a real effort on breakfast is needed to match the rest of the offering and what’s advertised.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, as well as the enormous bathroom. The entire establishment exuded charm, thanks to the exceptional quality of the food and the attention to detail. The hotel truly delivered on its promise of a luxurious experience, leaving me with no complaints whatsoever.
