The resort is amazing, organized so well that you can enjoy peace and quiet even with many guests, the surroundings are very clean and well kept, the food was amazing with a great variety, and any special food requirements are met 100%.

We’re back for the fourth time and it’s still the best place around, but the receptionist Mr Omur was unprofessional, whistling at our kids and speaking informally right from the start, even asking me a rude question about my wife.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful, the food was good with lots of varieties, and the evening entertainment was excellent thanks to the amphitheatre that hosts many top‑class acts; everything was within walking distance, though the spa lacks a sauna or steam room.

The property has a lot to offer for full families. The beach is amazing, sandy, easy to walk out especially for toddlers. The food has a decent variety, but the à la carte restaurants have absolutely amazing food quality and service!. If you are looking for heavy options in drinking, the offerings are limited (ok for us, but might not be for others). Minibar is really only water, don’t expect canned/ bottled soda. Housekeeping people were great, but the way they would clean could be better. Rinsing out used cups in the sink and drying with a towel is not a clean cup. Sometimes we didn’t get refills on coffee packets. Also the sweeping just pushed some of the crumbs to the wall
