The welcome was fantastic, the place was very clean, and getting to the beach and the pools was easy. The buffet was great, and we’ll definitely return. Mohamed Hassan from the rooms division, Mr. Ibrahim the GM, Mr. Abdelhamid from the front desk, and Mr. Helal at reception all contributed to a smooth stay.

I can’t thank Mohamed Hassin enough; from the moment we checked in on day one, he made us feel special. We’re a family of nine, occupying four rooms, and every room was outstanding. My older kids loved everything at the resort, especially the birthday celebration he arranged— the cake was lovely. We’re still excited and already talking about when we’ll come back. Ebil Mohamed also decorated a towel for my birthday, and I appreciate that the room was sparkling clean every day.

We booked four rooms for the whole family for five days, and Mohammed Hassan exceeded our expectations. He gave us his number so we could text him directly if needed, and he even handed us VIP wristbands. He personally greeted me on the beach for my birthday and organized the cake, arranged the nightly specialty restaurant, and even put fruit in our room—there are so many details I can’t recall. Thanks to Mohammed and Ebil Mohamed for the towel and flower arrangement on my bed for my birthday. The entire hotel staff made it a wonderful holiday.

The reception was nice and the service met expectations. Room cleaning was good, the food was amazing, and Mr. Mohamed Hassan was helpful. The club car should be available, and free internet inside rooms would be appreciated.
