Full kitchen, good storage, comfy and convenient. Pulling up to the front to check in is way more difficult than it should be

“The night into the am shift Gentlman that was working, was great, attenful, pleasent. The lady working when checked out”

Convenience and the name are positives, but the location felt unsafe—especially the parking lot. The towels were rough, the toilet wasn’t working properly, and I had to fix it myself because of the time. I wasn’t staying the next day, so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience for everyone involved.

The reception and cleanliness were excellent; the staff were friendly and competent. Everything was super.

“Decent but expensive for the level of service and facilities of the hotel.”

The location was good. The facilities were disappointing: the furniture was very old, the carpet was also very old and looked dirty.

“Staff is good , if you want to just stay for a night ok. Not Marriott standard”

This hotel's location was one of its best features - it was close to many attractions in Albany, making it an ideal choice for travelers. However, the hotel itself was not well-maintained, and the breakfast options were often not stocked, which was frustrating.
