The design is beautiful and comfortable, the balcony is perfect for relaxing, the staff are very helpful, and the little coffee shop in the lobby is handy with fresh, tasty drinks—10/10.

I loved our stay: clean, comfortable, and the people were friendly. Thank you. Why can’t you eat mangosteen inside? :) Vietnam is one of the few places where it is available.

Very comfortable beds and friendly staff! The onsite restaurant serves good food (try the salt coffee!) and daily housekeeping was a bonus! Laundry came back the same day. The kitchen wasn’t very stocked with plates, etc., so don’t expect it to be fully equipped. The pool exists, but it’s in the restaurant, which felt a little strange.

The location is fine and the room has all the necessary amenities with good soundproofing, but the lobby feels cramped and more like a café than a hotel, and the front‑desk staff were not very professional.
