My stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The location was incredibly convenient, the room was spotless, and the amenities were a nice touch - I particularly appreciated having a mini fridge stocked with water, tea, and coffee. The staff were warm, helpful, and courteous, making my visit truly enjoyable.

I had a frustrating experience with this hotel. I made a booking through their app in the morning, but when I arrived at 10:30 PM, I was shocked to learn that they couldn't honor it due to being fully booked. This left me and my friends scrambling to find another place to stay, which was a challenge we managed to overcome only because we were traveling on motorcycles. I can only imagine how stressful this must be for families with children.

I was quite disappointed with the pricing for my room, which ended up being about 40% more expensive than it would have been if I had booked directly at the hotel. I found this "processing fee" to be excessively high and not justified, given the overall experience.
