The location, harbour views, and spacious room were positives, but the adjacent room’s loud TV disturbed my sleep, there was no parking, and parking plus hot breakfast came with extra fees; the bedding quilt felt too heavy for summer, and the room suffered from condensation and dampness.

We booked late and were pleased with our spacious room overlooking the Estuary; the bar and breakfast areas also offered great views, and breakfast itself was very good (though you have to pay extra for cooked options). Overall, everything was as expected; Harbour Hotels may lack a bit of individuality, but they excel at what they do.

The location and views were amazing, but there was no lounge area to relax with friends; the dining room, bar, and lounge were all combined into one space.
