The facilities are complete, but staying in room 301 we were hit by a strong mildew odor that also lingered in the lobby and the elevator; the hotel sits down a narrow alley, and luckily we had a very small rental car (Roomy), which made navigating the street quite difficult.

The place was huge—big enough for twelve people even though six of us stayed there, located on the eighth floor, and it was very quiet; however, the floor level change posed a slight hazard for both adults and children, who could easily kick it.

The room was spotless and spacious, and having the entire floor to ourselves meant we didn’t have to worry about anyone else; a convenience store was just two or three minutes away and a lively strip of bars was about a ten‑minute walk, which was fantastic, plus the washing machine was a real help.

The suite was very large with a single unit per floor, and the ground floor offered free water and coffee, though it was a shame there was no affiliated parking lot.
