The room condition was very poor… the bathroom was unclean and overall cleanliness was extremely unsatisfactory.

The stay was comfortable. The owner’s delightful behavior was very good and understanding. The balcony view was amazing.

The location is great and the balcony offers a stunning view of the Beas River and the jungle terrain, but the bed sheets and the bathroom were not clean.

We stayed here with a group of 12 and found the experience very comfortable; the staff were helpful whenever we needed them, and we appreciated the availability of warm water, which added convenience. Overall it was a pleasant and satisfactory stay, and we would recommend the hotel to other group travelers.
