It's a 3-minute walk to the beachfront, 45-minute drive from Phuket International Airport, and 15 km from Phuket Town, with free parking provided.

The hotel truly felt perfect – the staff were friendly, always smiling and eager to help, the rooms were spacious and spotless with a comfy bed and pillows, and the breakfast was big and varied; it sits on a quiet street in Caron Beach, right next to restaurants and the Ilban sauna. The only downside was the dining room had no air‑conditioning, but it was tolerable.

The interior design is nice. The kids’ club was enjoyable for the children. However, there is construction right next to the hotel, which made the rooms very noisy from 10 am to 5 pm. Additionally, a large portion of the kids’ pool is under construction, leaving my 4‑year‑old son devastated. This was a major reason we chose that place.

Everything was great, clean and pleasant. The staff are super nice and friendly. The location is also excellent, close to 7Elevent, restaurants, bars and massage spots.

Excellent location and close to the beach, nice pools. Breakfast was decent. Never again. The rooms are terribly noisy; thin walls are used, so you can literally hear neighbors talking. We had to change rooms once because of noise and once because of a stale, smoky air conditioning smell that seemed like someone was smoking in the room. Inspection revealed the filters needed replacement. The promises we made with management about compensation were not honored. Never again Centara Karon Resort. Do not book. Unreliable and you can’t keep agreements.

Location was nice. When checking out they claimed we took something from the minibar, which I’m sure we didn’t. I confirmed we didn’t, and they suggested maybe the kids took something, but I re‑confirmed we didn’t. Still, they charged me. It’s not about the money, but being charged for something I didn’t take felt like a scam.
