The room, bed, hot shower, overall furnishings and friendly staff were all great. The property itself felt a bit remote and the neighbors’ dogs ran free; when passing them they barked loudly enough to make me hesitant to walk outside. Whenever someone walked by they barked for a long time, even at night, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control.

The new building is tastefully decorated with attention to detail and very beautiful. Cleaning is excellent; on request the room is tidied daily and towels are changed each day. The staff tries to meet every request when asked. Breakfast is generally good. I chose this place because it sits midway between Nusa Dua and Uluwatu, but it is actually hard to reach, even by taxi, due to narrow roads near a local village, which is not a problem for me, but the noise was significant. The advertised concept of relaxation and peace is at odds with the constant crowing of chickens in the neighboring village, which starts at 4 am and continues nonstop. Earplugs are provided in the room, but they don’t help much. Breakfast is decent but limited. The staff are friendly and helpful, but I would say they are a bit absent, both at arrival and during the stay; they are not present all day, and after cleaning they’re not visible, so you have to contact them via WhatsApp for any need, which slows things down. Finally, I stayed in the villa with a private pool, which lacks a full-length mirror and the storage spaces for personal items are almost non‑existent.

Agung was very kind and accommodating, always responsive and ready to help. The included breakfast is nice too, and our villa is quiet enough. There are no indoor slippers, a TV, or a dishcloth to wash the utensils though.

Comfortable large room with a big bed and private bathroom. Wide selection of breakfast options. I was disappointed after asking the day before for an early check‑in the next day – there was no possibility to receive even a small roll of bread as part of the breakfast that was already paid for (a croissant and water cost 1 $ so it’s not a luxury for the hotel, but it would have helped guests heading to the airport).
