Location. Accommodation was dated & not very clean. Cobwebs, dirty oven, stained bed covers & cushions, bed mattress old/ well- used & uncomfortable

Breakfast and good coffee Nice and cosy Perfect rainy weather listening to the creek. Beds a bit uncomfortable and stains on pillowcases and covers

The gardens are gorgeous, and you can hear the kookaburras perched in the trees right off our balcony both morning and night. Breakfast was top‑notch—everything fresh and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was super comfy, with high‑end linens and towels that added a touch of luxury. The only hiccup was finding the entrance; the three buildings look almost identical, so it took a moment to spot the right one.
