There was nothing to praise, but the lack of a restaurant this season was a drawback.

The room was comfortable and pleasant; the tub shower wasn’t as convenient as a walk‑in shower but still worked well. Breakfast had limited options on the first morning and seemed high in carbs, while the second morning’s eggs and sausage were more protein‑focused and met our expectations better. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for an economical place near the Canyonlands area, especially those needing easy access to the southern entrance to Canyonlands, Bears Ears, or the Canyons of the Ancients. However, we’d prefer more protein options at breakfast and the unit’s north door was locked after a set time in the evening, similar to other places that lock the room after 11:00 pm. Despite this, we felt comfortable and would still recommend it to those wanting facilities close to Moab but not in Moab itself, or to those seeking convenient access to the lands of the ancients in Southwest Colorado and Southeast Utah.
