The staff were friendly, they couldn’t have done more for you. The pool was great. The skybar was the highlight of the stay. It’s a good hotel overall. The pictures looked amazing but we were disappointed; the hotel is good but dated. The rooms could use some care. Breakfast was basic, a set menu (choice of three) and was bland when it arrived.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our experience special. The atmosphere was very relaxed, and the beaches were lovely - I highly recommend taking a ferry to Koh Samet for the day or even staying there overnight. Everything was perfect, with no issues to report.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, when I left something behind, the staff were very helpful and sent it back to me, which I really appreciated. However, I felt that the room rate was a bit high compared to the quality of the hotel. The towels were also quite old, which was a bit of a letdown.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When I arrived at my room, it was dirty and hadn't been cleaned or prepared for guests. The air conditioning was old and took over two hours to cool the room down. I reported the issues to staff, but the housekeeping seemed reluctant to clean and couldn't fix the air conditioning. To make matters worse, the showerheads were unusable and the water pressure was very weak.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a beautiful pool and a lovely outdoor area. The room and bathroom were spacious, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed with the shower, as the rainfall showerhead wasn't working with the warm water, and I had to use the handheld shower instead. The breakfast buffet on the first day was heavily influenced by Eastern cuisine, and the options were limited to jam, toast, and scrambled eggs.
